OUR COVID-19 HYGIENE AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

Our goal is to welcome you back in the safest possible hygienic conditions.

We have implemented health and safety measures that comply with the health protocol developed by the professional organizations in our sector of activity and the French government.

These implemented measures cover a wide range of topics: respecting preventive measures, cleaning product recommendations, cleaning procedures in rooms and common areas as well as the necessary reduction of services on offer.

Our key measures, in-line with the latest hygiene and cleaning recommendations, to guarantee guests and staff safety:

Reinforcement of hygiene and cleaning measures

• All rooms, bathrooms and common areas will be fully cleaned before reopening.

• Common areas cleaning: frequent and careful disinfecting of all handles, switches, lift buttons and room keys.

• Rooms will not be re-let for 24 hours after guest departure (subject to availability).

• All linen and courtesy products available in the room will be systematically changed before re-letting.

• NR EN 14476 standard disinfectant detergents will be used.

 

Barrier gestures and information

Respect for barrier gestures and social distancing measures.

Wearing a face mask is mandatory for the hotel staff and guests in all common areas.

Hand sanitizer gel is available in the common areas.

• Preventive measures and visual reminders are displayed in the hotel.

 

Prevention and additional equipment for our team

• The staff is equipped with masks, gloves and hand sanitizer gel.

• All our employees are trained in the health and safety standards.

 

Simplification of our services

Hotel services will be reduced due to the current sanitary crisis to guarantee safety during your stay:

• Breakfast will be served in your room or in the breakfast room, on a tray, instead of the usual open buffet to avoid any interaction.

• In order to avoid handling as much as possible, the drinks usually placed in the mini bars will be available upon request at the reception desk.

• Cleaning can no longer be provided daily in your room. However, we remain at your disposal for any specific request regarding the cleaning of your room. If you stay more than 4 nights, you may change room during your stay if you wish.
