A perfect hotel in a very nice area . Very close and easy access to attractions.

For the price charged, i would expect the breakfast to be a "no additional charge" item. The experience was "OK".

An amazing place to stay in the heart of Paris with breath-taking views of Eiffel Tower and a lot of cute restaurants/bars/ smaller shops nearby. We liked the area very much, given that it's both quiet and close to both the tower and metro. Upon reading other reviews we were afraid the room would be too small (like the majority of Parisian hotels) but it was just right and nothing was really missing. Also the breakfast was very good, everything fresh and traditional pastry was very qualitative. We'd definitely stay here again

The room was suitable just for our one night in Paris. Close to where we wanted to be. We used the car park under the hotel for out hire car, which was really handy and reasonably priced. The room was small and quite dark but as it was just a place to sleep for one night it was more than adequate.

We had an excellent stay overall. The location was very convenient for visiting the major attractions, and the staff were very helpful, professional, and friendly. We received directions, help making reservations, and good recommendations for various establishments we were looking for. We made use of the laundry services, and all turned out well with those although we recommend verifying the process at the front desk so you are sure when and where to put out the clothes. One challenge was our cell phone did not get strong wifi, but I suspect that varies by carrier. So overall, a great hotel and we recommend it heartily. -- I would like to point out one word of caution about a service that we learned about at the time of our reservation, Welcome Pickups, who purports to let you reserve taxi service to and from CDG airport. I regret to say this, but Welcome Pickups was very poor and we advise everyone to avoid using them. I am quite confident someone involved in our reservation with Welcome Pickups took and tried to illegally use our credit card; we were contacted by fraud services the day before our trip, which created many problems for us. Then, as we were in the airport ready to depart for Paris, we were notified by Welcome Pickups that they had to cancel our reservation! So all that reserving with them accomplished was exposing us to credit card theft. Some further attempts were made to use our credit card fraudulently right before our departure - it was all very shady. So, Welcome Pickups, we caution you to avoid. -- But let me close by returning to Les Jardins d'Eiffel, the hotel -- It was a wonderful little home base for us as first-time visitors to Paris. We felt were in good hands and had a comfortable stay in clean rooms that let us easily visit all the sites on our itinerary.

Was on a business trip and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The rooms were clean, all the receptionists I spoke to were helpful and friendly. Had an early morning flight and they had arranged a taxi for me. Overall it was a great experience.

We love staying here every year when we come to the French Open tennis. There are plenty of good restaurants close by and the hotel provides an excellent breakfast (apart from the bacon which could with being more crispy and less soggy!

As always, I offer an excellent review of my stay at Les Jardins. I have been coming here for many years, and this visit did not disappoint. The rooms are relatively spacious for European hotels, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is well appointed. I like the fact that the hotel is situated in a real neighborhood, where French people live. It is situated on a quiet street, yet nearby are restaurants, pizza, Starbucks, market, bakeries, laundromat, cash machines and pharmacies. Yet it is only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. On this visit, I unfortunately contracted a cold or flu, so the proximity of these establishments made a difference in purchasing necessities while I recuperated. On this visit, I particularly appreciate that the manager worked with me to adjust my stay, as I was sick enough to go home early. Thanks, as always, to Les Jardins.

Loved this cute little boutique hotel with magical view of Eiffel Tower bang in the middle of our window. Book Floor 5 for this room. Excellent location and reception!

Das Doppelzimmer wirkte wie ein Einzelzimmer mit Doppelbett. Vielleicht sind die Zimmer in Paris generell so klein? Für ein paar Tage geht es. Das Frühstück war ok, wenn man bedenkt, dass in Frankreich morgens generell nicht viel gegessen wird. Enttäuschend fanden wir, dass es überhaupt nicht nachhaltig gedeckt war :-( Butter, Käse, Nutella war alles einzelnd verpackt. Marmelade gab es in Mini-Gläsern (jeweils eine Portion). Auch Mülltrennung konnten wir nicht entdecken :-(

An international hotel like yours that doesn't have vegetable milks should be more proactive in this, since many people have intollerances and allergies. moreover, all employees should speak english (especially who serving the breakfast)

Very quiet room. No issues with a/c also quiet and worked very well. We did have a few ants in the bathroom But when we told reception about it, we received a bottle to spray the area and it was ok. The bed was comfortable and very clean . Great location, walked everywhere close to all we needed.

I planned a last minute trip with my 12 yo to Paris for the weekend. I saw other positive reviews on Les Jardins and thought we would give it a try. The location was within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. As others have posted. Several bakeries, restaurants, and convivence stores close by. Rooms are small, no dressers, but we only needed the room to sleep. I would highly recommend this establishment. Clean and friendly staff.

Very clean and beautiful room, the view of the tower is amazing! The location is very nice, but I would have liked the breakfast to be more complex, at least to have some fruits and vegetables.

The parking is a bit tight, luckily, we only had the rental car for one day. But overall, I had a great experience, excellent location. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Zentral gelegen und ruhig, ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Zimmer sehr klein, aber zum Schlafen ausreichend. Bett sehr bequem. Frühstücksraum und Frühstück ok. Allerdings hätten wir uns weniger abgepackte Lebensmittel und mehr regionale Spezialitäten gewünscht, besonders beim Käse.

Wonderful stay... from the moment we walked in the door, warm and welcoming staff always helpful, room had everything we needed and the view of the Eiffel tower out the window was a bonus. Location is terrific, we walked pretty much everywhere across Paris from here.. and the Laundromat across the road was very handy. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris

Zusammengefasst: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen ! Es ist ein schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel mit sehr, sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Lage in Fußweite des Eiffelturms ist nicht zu toppen und auch alle anderen Hot Spots sind mit der Metro schnell erreichbar. Wenn man Wert darauf legt, den Eiffelturm vom Zimmer aus zu sehen, sollte man diesen Wunsch bei der Buchung konkret angeben. Aber der Turm ist sogar vom Frühstücksraum aus zu sehen. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig und insgesamt auch sehr gut. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Paris sind, werden wir "Les Jardins d`Eiffel" wieder buchen !

Comfy bed, clean yet tiny room which was on ground level, no window view of the eiffel tower as stated in their pictures. No tea or coffee facilities. Buffet Breakfast served only (no restaurant or bar). Breakfast had minimal choice, no free access to tea or coffee/hot water. Good local hotel to drop baggage and only return when your ready to sleep

I stayed at this hotel for at least five days. The location is incredibly convenient, close to attractions like the Eiffel Tower, and surrounded by stores, coffee shops, bakeries, clothing stores, and cafes, even at night. The breakfast served here is fresh and delicious, and the kitchen staff are exceptionally polite and kind, always wearing a smile. Special thanks to Matilde and Marie at the front desk, who provided excellent customer service, assisting us with bookings and attractions. However, there were a few concerns; the rooms were quite small, the hallway was dimly lit, and the elevator only accommodated two people. Additionally, there were no complimentary amenities in the room, and it was inconvenient not to have access to hot water at night when the kitchen was closed. Despite these issues, our overall stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning, hoping for some improvements. Thank you to everyone involved.

Das Hotelpersonal war vom ersten Moment an super freundlich. Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, der Eifelturm war 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Bäckereien und Supermärkte 5 Minten. Die nächste Metro ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Falls wir nochmal nach Paris fliegen, dann schlafen wir wieder bei euch

The room was excessively small. The garage did not provide enough space for easy car maneuvering and was not worth the price of 25€. The TV remote was malfunctioning, and there were no disposable bathroom slippers, which are commonly provided by most hotels.

Unfortunately, the service we received from the staff was exceptionally poor. Prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel from the Netherlands to inquire about availability for a two-night stay from Thursday to Saturday. The response we received was affirmative, and we were instructed to provide our details via email. Despite my inclination to share the information over the phone for immediate confirmation, the staff assured us that emailing the details would suffice. Regrettably, after promptly sending our information, we received a response stating that the hotel was fully booked. This discrepancy was disheartening, especially considering the confirmation we had received over the phone. Upon our arrival after a six-hour drive, the staff at the hotel offered no assistance or alternative solutions. Despite having been assured of a two-night reservation, we were informed that we could only stay for one night, leaving us in a predicament. Our stay was meant to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary, and the unexpected turn of events left us with no choice but to urgently seek alternative accommodation. The lack of proactive solutions and the miscommunication surrounding our reservation deeply disappointed us. While we appreciated certain aspects of our stay, the reservation experience significantly overshadowed the positive elements. We hope that steps will be taken to improve communication and prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring a more seamless experience for all guests.

Our room was lovely, it had a view of the Eiffel tower. It was in a great location with many pastry shops nearby! The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful, and we have a great weekend getaway!

We found our stay at the Les Jardins d'Eiffel hotel very satisfying; it met our desire to be close to the tower for a reasonable rate, and within walking distance to many of the other Paris attractions. Your hotel was attractive, your staff was attentive and our room was quite comfortable. The ability to keep the breakfast option separate worked well with our schedule and when we were able to partake of the breakfast there we found it and the service wonderful. Zentral gelegenes kleines gemütliches Hotel dass über alles verfügt was man für einen schönen Städtetrip benötigt. Das Frühstück war bis auf das Rührei und den abgepackten Käse völlig in Ordnung. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel mit perfekter Lage für einen sehenswerten Urlaub. Alles, was wir sehen wollten, war nur ca. 30 Minuten entfernt, sodass wir jedes Ziel zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und hat uns sehr angesprochen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für uns war das Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl!

Très bonne expérience en règle générale. L'accueuil et l'enregistrement (check-in) très agréable. Le staff aimable, courtois et professionel. Les travaux dans la rue n'étaient pas des plus agréables (pas de responsabilité par rapport à l'hotel mais possibilité de le préciser durant la réservation). Taille des chambres plus qu'acceptable pour Paris. Possibilité d'ajouter des robes de bain, pantoufles, coton tiges et autres crèmes diverses dans les chambres (pour un 3*). En résumé, un très bon séjour dans un très bon hôtel.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, chambre et lit confortables. Le seul petit point négatif est le petit-déjeuner à partir de 7h qui est un peu tard, 6h30 serait mieux. Je devais partir de l'hôtel à 7h05, du coup j'ai dû prendre en vitesse quelques viennoiseries et un café dans un gobelet en carton.

Das Hotel war gut.Unser Zimmer war allerdings sehr klein,aber nur zum Übernachten hat es gereicht. Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein.Es war eine Tiefgarage vorhanden,die allerdings 24 Euro pro Tag gekostet hat. Sonst gibt es dort keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Dann möchten wir noch darauf hinweisen,das die ganze Strasse eine Baustelle ist, sowie die ganze Umgebung sehr viele Baustellen hat. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.

Muy bien!! Pero me tiraron un guarda que uso en los dientes por la noche estaba en un vaso con agua. .. y La bolsa de un huesped anterior con restos de alimentos detras de la cortina.

Die zentrale Lage spricht für das Hotel, ebenso die Sauberkeit. Negativ war das Frühstück. Oft waren die Plätze besetzt und man stand ratlos herum, während im Raum recht vom großen Frühstücksraum noch Platz war. Dort wurde nur eingedeckt, wenn man die Mitarbeiterinnen darum bat. Das geht zu Stoßzeiten eigentlich nicht. Das Brotbuffet wurde auch oft erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt, auf den Kaffee mussten man warten. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum war nicht angenehm. Von Service bzw. Gästebewirtung haben die Damen dort noch nicht viel gehört. Sie machen Dienst nach Vorschrift.

Bien para estar unos dias. Se solicitó la habitación executive con ducha y era con bañera, al solicitar cambio en recepción la chica nos indicó que lo dijéramos al dia siguiente, lo que ya no hicimos, claro.Incomprensible que no tengan la televisión española.

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte e ci siamo trovati bene, soprattutto per la posizione. La camera comfort un po' piccola ma ben organizzata, bagno con doccia grande. Solo un suggerimento: durante il servizio colazione abbiamo dovuto richiedere piu' volte posate e bicchieri poiche' non venivano riforniti in tempo per tutti gli ospiti.

Disfruté mucho mi estancia en París. El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de la Torre Eiffel. Desde la terraza, asomándome un poco, podía verla, y caminando serían 10 o 15 minutos.

Sehr schöne Reise mit dem Auto was mir sehr wichtig war ist die Garage was selten in Paris ist. Die Garage war zwar sehr eng 2.5m breit und 2 m hoch aber immerhin ein Stellplatz vorhanden. Was sehr wichtig ist in Paris da es schwer ist draußen Parkplatz zu finden.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches unserem Zweck vollkommen Genüge getan hat. Wir buchten kurzfristig ein Wochenende in Paris in der Nähe des Eiffelturms, ca. 10 Gehminuten. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Einziges Manko bei unserem Trip: Es gubt ausserhalb der Frühstückszeiten keinen Kaffe :-(

Muy buena la verdad. Lo mejor fue la cama Fui de visita turística y nos tirábamos todo el día en la calle. Llegar y dormirse en esa estupenda cama fue lo mejor. Muy cómoda. El desayuno lo vi muy americano y francés, se me hizo repetitivo. Las chicas que atienden el desayuno muy bien también.

Bien todo muy buen servicio. El desayuno podría mejorar con mejor actitud de las mujeres que atienden. Pero muy bien en general el hotel!

Frühstücksbuffet ist ausbaufähig, aber wir würden auf Grund der Spitzenlage wiederkommen. Getrübt wurde das Bild dadurch, dass bei viertägigem Aufenthalt 5 Garagentage berechnet worden sind und die Erstattung bis heute (2 Tage später) nicht erfolgt ist!

Lhotel ha rispettato le nostre aspettative, si trova in posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere diversi luoghi simbolo di Parigi. La habitación muy nueva pero sin armarios prácticamente para dejar ropa, es más bien habitación para salir del paso. El aparato del aire acondicionado da directo a la cama por lo que encenderlo de noche es prácticamente imposible y hemos pasado mucho calor para dormir.Las camareras del desayuno un poco desagradables, supongo que por problema del idioma y muy lentas. Las chicas de recepción genial, hacen todo lo posible para que la estancia mejore.
