Very pleasant, would stay again

Excellent. Would recommend Jardins Eiffel for a wonderful intro stay in Paris. Also want to mention that the hotel was extremely quiet.

The only problem was people smoking in the courtyard constantly. We couldn't open our window for air. The room was incredibly small for 2 people.

Wonderful stay... from the moment we walked in the door, warm and welcoming staff always helpful, room had everything we needed and the view of the Eiffel tower out the window was a bonus. Location is terrific, we walked pretty much everywhere across Paris from here.. and the Laundromat across the road was very handy. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris

Zusammengefasst: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen ! Es ist ein schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel mit sehr, sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Lage in Fußweite des Eiffelturms ist nicht zu toppen und auch alle anderen Hot Spots sind mit der Metro schnell erreichbar. Wenn man Wert darauf legt, den Eiffelturm vom Zimmer aus zu sehen, sollte man diesen Wunsch bei der Buchung konkret angeben. Aber der Turm ist sogar vom Frühstücksraum aus zu sehen. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig und insgesamt auch sehr gut. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Paris sind, werden wir "Les Jardins d`Eiffel" wieder buchen !

For the little time I had to spend in the hotel it served its purpose. I wish there was a bit better workspace, and a wider selection of TV channels. Overall a good experience due to location and proximity to where I needed to be.

Comfy bed, clean yet tiny room which was on ground level, no window view of the eiffel tower as stated in their pictures. No tea or coffee facilities. Buffet Breakfast served only (no restaurant or bar). Breakfast had minimal choice, no free access to tea or coffee/hot water. Good local hotel to drop baggage and only return when your ready to sleep

I stayed at this hotel for at least five days. The location is incredibly convenient, close to attractions like the Eiffel Tower, and surrounded by stores, coffee shops, bakeries, clothing stores, and cafes, even at night. The breakfast served here is fresh and delicious, and the kitchen staff are exceptionally polite and kind, always wearing a smile. Special thanks to Matilde and Marie at the front desk, who provided excellent customer service, assisting us with bookings and attractions. However, there were a few concerns; the rooms were quite small, the hallway was dimly lit, and the elevator only accommodated two people. Additionally, there were no complimentary amenities in the room, and it was inconvenient not to have access to hot water at night when the kitchen was closed. Despite these issues, our overall stay was pleasant, and I would consider returning, hoping for some improvements. Thank you to everyone involved.

Das Hotelpersonal war vom ersten Moment an super freundlich. Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Das Bad war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, der Eifelturm war 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Bäckereien und Supermärkte 5 Minten. Die nächste Metro ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Falls wir nochmal nach Paris fliegen, dann schlafen wir wieder bei euch

Great - really kind helpful staff. the hotel is very clean and comfortable.

The room was excessively small. The garage did not provide enough space for easy car maneuvering and was not worth the price of 25€. The TV remote was malfunctioning, and there were no disposable bathroom slippers, which are commonly provided by most hotels.

Unfortunately, the service we received from the staff was exceptionally poor. Prior to our arrival, we contacted the hotel from the Netherlands to inquire about availability for a two-night stay from Thursday to Saturday. The response we received was affirmative, and we were instructed to provide our details via email. Despite my inclination to share the information over the phone for immediate confirmation, the staff assured us that emailing the details would suffice. Regrettably, after promptly sending our information, we received a response stating that the hotel was fully booked. This discrepancy was disheartening, especially considering the confirmation we had received over the phone. Upon our arrival after a six-hour drive, the staff at the hotel offered no assistance or alternative solutions. Despite having been assured of a two-night reservation, we were informed that we could only stay for one night, leaving us in a predicament. Our stay was meant to celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary, and the unexpected turn of events left us with no choice but to urgently seek alternative accommodation. The lack of proactive solutions and the miscommunication surrounding our reservation deeply disappointed us. While we appreciated certain aspects of our stay, the reservation experience significantly overshadowed the positive elements. We hope that steps will be taken to improve communication and prevent such incidents in the future, ensuring a more seamless experience for all guests.

Our room was lovely, it had a view of the Eiffel tower. It was in a great location with many pastry shops nearby! The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful, and we have a great weekend getaway!

We found our stay at the Les Jardins d'Eiffel hotel very satisfying; it met our desire to be close to the tower for a reasonable rate, and within walking distance to many of the other Paris attractions. Your hotel was attractive, your staff was attentive and our room was quite comfortable. The ability to keep the breakfast option separate worked well with our schedule and when we were able to partake of the breakfast there we found it and the service wonderful. Zentral gelegenes kleines gemütliches Hotel dass über alles verfügt was man für einen schönen Städtetrip benötigt. Das Frühstück war bis auf das Rührei und den abgepackten Käse völlig in Ordnung. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel mit perfekter Lage für einen sehenswerten Urlaub. Alles, was wir sehen wollten, war nur ca. 30 Minuten entfernt, sodass wir jedes Ziel zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend und hat uns sehr angesprochen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für uns war das Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl!

Très bonne expérience en règle générale. L'accueuil et l'enregistrement (check-in) très agréable. Le staff aimable, courtois et professionel. Les travaux dans la rue n'étaient pas des plus agréables (pas de responsabilité par rapport à l'hotel mais possibilité de le préciser durant la réservation). Taille des chambres plus qu'acceptable pour Paris. Possibilité d'ajouter des robes de bain, pantoufles, coton tiges et autres crèmes diverses dans les chambres (pour un 3*). En résumé, un très bon séjour dans un très bon hôtel.

Très bon hôtel, bien situé, chambre et lit confortables. Le seul petit point négatif est le petit-déjeuner à partir de 7h qui est un peu tard, 6h30 serait mieux. Je devais partir de l'hôtel à 7h05, du coup j'ai dû prendre en vitesse quelques viennoiseries et un café dans un gobelet en carton.

Das Hotel war gut.Unser Zimmer war allerdings sehr klein,aber nur zum Übernachten hat es gereicht. Das Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein.Es war eine Tiefgarage vorhanden,die allerdings 24 Euro pro Tag gekostet hat. Sonst gibt es dort keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Dann möchten wir noch darauf hinweisen,das die ganze Strasse eine Baustelle ist, sowie die ganze Umgebung sehr viele Baustellen hat. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.

It was the perfect place for us to stay location-wise and the view from the hotel window of the Eiffel Tower was just amazing! The room was spacious enough for two people, the bathroom was clean and lovely to use, and the staff were great!

Nous ne sommes rester qu'une nuit et nous sommes rentré assez tard, donc l'expérience globale était très limité. Mais le petit déjeuner servis en chambre était bien et le personnel a toasté les tranches de pain de mie (au lieu de la baguette, mais c'est pas trop grave, car l'effort était là, même si l'attention à manqué un peu).

We loved our stay at Les Jardins d'Eiffel. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and we could see the Effiel Tower from our balcony. We could also walk there in about 15 minutes. The Rue Cler, where there is a street market, and several restaurants is only a block away. They staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was modern, and very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

A parfaitement répondu à mes attentes avec un véritable plus ( le parking avec accès direct depuis l’hôtel) - Bémol …. Nous sommes à Paris et le sujet est récurrent…la variabilité (avec une plage très très étendue) des prix en fonction de la demande qui devient véritablement exaspérant ( pas propre à cet établissement)

Croissant industriels, non croustillants, comme on pourrais s'attendre à Paris. Les viandes ( 2 ) Jambon tranché tellement épais et non de qualité. Des fromages enveloppés, non gouteux. Du bacon qui manque d'amour. Des oeufs sans gout. Bref, un petit déjeuner qui fait que je ne retournerais pas dans cet hotel. Mais, si vous ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner alors ça va.

Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, bon service et produits de qualité.

Je viens régulièrement dans ce hôtel car il est très bien situé (proche Tour Eiffel) et bien desservi en transports en commun. L'accueil est agréable, les chambres sont propres et de taille correcte. Le buffet du petit déjeuner y est assez varié. Je recommande vivement !

Die zentrale Lage spricht für das Hotel, ebenso die Sauberkeit. Negativ war das Frühstück. Oft waren die Plätze besetzt und man stand ratlos herum, während im Raum recht vom großen Frühstücksraum noch Platz war. Dort wurde nur eingedeckt, wenn man die Mitarbeiterinnen darum bat. Das geht zu Stoßzeiten eigentlich nicht. Das Brotbuffet wurde auch oft erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt, auf den Kaffee mussten man warten. Die Atmosphäre im Frühstücksraum war nicht angenehm. Von Service bzw. Gästebewirtung haben die Damen dort noch nicht viel gehört. Sie machen Dienst nach Vorschrift.

Bien para estar unos dias. Se solicitó la habitación executive con ducha y era con bañera, al solicitar cambio en recepción la chica nos indicó que lo dijéramos al dia siguiente, lo que ya no hicimos, claro.Incomprensible que no tengan la televisión española.

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte e ci siamo trovati bene, soprattutto per la posizione. La camera comfort un po' piccola ma ben organizzata, bagno con doccia grande. Solo un suggerimento: durante il servizio colazione abbiamo dovuto richiedere piu' volte posate e bicchieri poiche' non venivano riforniti in tempo per tutti gli ospiti.

Disfruté mucho mi estancia en París. El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de la Torre Eiffel. Desde la terraza, asomándome un poco, podía verla, y caminando serían 10 o 15 minutos.

Sehr schöne Reise mit dem Auto was mir sehr wichtig war ist die Garage was selten in Paris ist. Die Garage war zwar sehr eng 2.5m breit und 2 m hoch aber immerhin ein Stellplatz vorhanden. Was sehr wichtig ist in Paris da es schwer ist draußen Parkplatz zu finden.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches unserem Zweck vollkommen Genüge getan hat. Wir buchten kurzfristig ein Wochenende in Paris in der Nähe des Eiffelturms, ca. 10 Gehminuten. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Einziges Manko bei unserem Trip: Es gubt ausserhalb der Frühstückszeiten keinen Kaffe :-(

Von außen braucht das Hotel auf jeden Fall einen Anstrich. Hätte ich es vor Ort gesehen, hätte ich dort nicht gebucht. Innen war alles ok und schön! Also, Farbe in die Hand nehmen !

Muy buena la verdad. Lo mejor fue la cama Fui de visita turística y nos tirábamos todo el día en la calle. Llegar y dormirse en esa estupenda cama fue lo mejor. Muy cómoda. El desayuno lo vi muy americano y francés, se me hizo repetitivo. Las chicas que atienden el desayuno muy bien también.

Bien todo muy buen servicio. El desayuno podría mejorar con mejor actitud de las mujeres que atienden. Pero muy bien en general el hotel!

Frühstücksbuffet ist ausbaufähig, aber wir würden auf Grund der Spitzenlage wiederkommen. Getrübt wurde das Bild dadurch, dass bei viertägigem Aufenthalt 5 Garagentage berechnet worden sind und die Erstattung bis heute (2 Tage später) nicht erfolgt ist!

Lhotel ha rispettato le nostre aspettative, si trova in posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere diversi luoghi simbolo di Parigi. La camera era ottima con una vista mozzafiato della Torre Eiffel. Il quartiere aveva tantissimi locali e ristoranti dove poter cenare la sera e far colazione la mattina. Lo staff è accogliente e gentile.

Experiencia excelente, la habitación ya sabíamos antes de llegar que era pequeña, pero bien de limpieza y cómoda la cama. El wifi un poco lento, pero es un servicio extra gratuito, que más se puede pedir. En mi caso usé el parking, totalmente necesario en Paris si vas en coche, así que perfecto de servicios. Repetiría.

Abbastanza confortevole, letto molto comodo e stanza pulita. In certi momenti abbiamo avuto un po' di freddo a causa dell'impossibilità di utilizzare il riscaldamento nel periodo da Aprile a Novembre.

La habitación muy nueva pero sin armarios prácticamente para dejar ropa, es más bien habitación para salir del paso. El aparato del aire acondicionado da directo a la cama por lo que encenderlo de noche es prácticamente imposible y hemos pasado mucho calor para dormir.Las camareras del desayuno un poco desagradables, supongo que por problema del idioma y muy lentas. Las chicas de recepción genial, hacen todo lo posible para que la estancia mejore.
