Champ-de-Mars and the Eiffel Tower (400 m)

The Eiffel Tower, Paris' must-see monument, is 327 metres high. Built on the banks of the Seine and at the end of the Champ-de-Mars esplanade by Gustave Eiffel and his co-workers for the Universal Exhibition in 1889, the tower took two years to complete.

Invalides (400 m)

In 1670, King Louis XIV built the "Hôtel Royal des Invalides" for wounded homeless soldiers. Nowadays, it still maintains its initial purpose but the building also houses three museums (Army museum, "Plans-Reliefs" museum and Liberation Order museum), Napoleon 1st tomb (1843) and 2 churches.

The Seine - Pont de l’Alma (600 m)

An essential part of your stay in Paris, a cruise along the Seine is not to be missed! As you glide along the water, find yourself face to face with Paris’s splendid museums and monuments. The departure of the « bateaux-mouches » is from Pont de l’Alma.

Pont Alexandre III (700 m)

The Alexander III Bridge was built for the Universal Exhibition of 1900. It is a very important artistic example of its time with its 4 pylons crowned with golden winged-horses, its two compositions in worked copper that represent the nymphs of the Seine and of the Neva and its candelabras.

Grand Palais and Palais de la Découverte (800 m)

Built for the Universal Exhibition of 1900, the Grand Palais is recognisable thanks to its glass roof, the biggest in Europe. Its galleries present great temporary exhibitions. The Palais de la Découverte is both a scientific centre and an interactive science museum.

Orsay Museum (1 km)

Renowned for its rich collection of Impressionist art, this museum also houses Western art from 1848 to 1914. You will be amazed by the beauty of the building: a station that looks like a palace, inaugurated for the Universal Exhibition in 1900.

Champs-Elysées (1 km)

« The world’s most beautiful avenue » links the Place de la Concorde to the Place Charles de Gaulle and offers a perspective that takes in the Arc de Triomphe, the Obelisk, the Tuileries Gardens, and the Carrousel du Louvre. It sparkles with Parisian elegance : restaurants, cinemas, cafes, shops...

Rodin Museum (800 m)

The Rodin museum ensures since 1919 the preservation of the work of Auguste Rodin (1840-1917): sculptures, drawings, photos. Located in the Hotel Biron (18th century), it is surrounded by a romantic French garden full of plants, trees, shrubs and sculptures by Auguste Rodin.
